A failed generation is refunded automatically. Monthly credits do not roll over.

Questions

Who owns the images?: You do, for any lawful use including commercial. Every file carries AI-generated metadata; the AI content policy explains the rest.
Do you train on my photos?: No. Your photos go to the AI providers only to make your results, under business terms that forbid training.
Can I change or cancel?: Any time, from the Billing page. Plan changes take effect at once and Stripe prorates; cancelling keeps your credits until they expire.
What about agencies?: A workspace per client, white label and invoicing are on the Agency plan. Write to us.
